Junior AI developer

The person we are looking for will handle basic system analyses, automation using tools like Zapier and Make/N8N, organize data collection and structuring processes, and participate in product creation using AI coding tools All tasks will be performed under the guidance of more experienced developers and product owners, in the context of building or scaling digital products (growth hacking).

Responsibilities

• Developing MVPs/product prototypes using AI coding tools (Lovable, Replit, Cursor etc.)

• Mapping processes using BPM methodology (n-4) with support from a senior

• Creating basic automations in Zapier and Make as well as in native tools

• Preparing simple scripts for data scraping

• Writing user stories based on guidelines and functional (and non-functional) requirements

• Creating simple websites (Carrd, Framer, WordPress, Wix)

• Supporting the preparation of technical workshops for clients

• Collecting client needs, problems, and challenges in the area of technological requirements

• Coordinating smaller tasks between no-code and AI + venture building teams

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)

• Ability to create simple websites

• Basic knowledge of AI coding tools

• "Warrior" type - ability to manage tasks in a highly dynamic organization
