Head of M365 Collaboration Tools

Are you passionate about IT and Finance? We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled leader to head our Collaboration Engineering team within the Digital Workspace department.

In this role, you will lead an international team of 7 engineers across multiple locations, ensuring the stability and innovation of our collaboration platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the future of digital collaboration across the organization, driving the adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies while integrating new products and services alongside legacy systems.

What You Will Do  

• lead and develop a distributed team of collaboration engineers across several locations

• ensure operational stability and excellence of collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform

• drive engineering initiatives to design, develop, and integrate innovative collaboration solutions

• foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

• provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineers at different career levels

What You Bring

• at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, ideally within the financial sector

• strong technical expertise in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform

• proven leadership experience managing diverse, multi-location teams, with willingness to travel 2–3 times per year for team engagement

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels

• fluency in English (written and spoken); German or Spanish is an advantage
