In this role, you will be responsible for divisional data stewardship, GDPR/data protection compliance, and business process & control management, while serving as a liaison to various corporate functions. What You Will Do

• oversee data stewardship for the business unit and ensure consistency across processes and controls

• act as the business unit’s data protection and GDPR lead

• manage business processes and controls, including design, testing, and audit support

• provide senior management with clear, actionable insights by simplifying complex structures

• coordinate strategic initiatives and align divisional activities with corporate functions

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of professional experience in business management or related fields

• strong knowledge of data protection, GDPR, business process documentation (BPMN 2.0), and control frameworks

• excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

• self-starter with a proactive mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively while driving pragmatic solutions

• fluent in English; German nice to have
